The Brighton Beach shootout was a car chase/firefight that occured on October 1, 2008 in Brooklyn's Brighton Beach between The Lost MC, hired by Ray Boccino as mercenaries, and Tony Prince's bodyguards. The battle began with a failed diamond deal, and ended with Tony Prince escaping, but Evan Moss was killed and the diamonds stolen.

Background Edit

Ashley Turner, the former girlfriend of The Lost MC President Johnny Klebitz, told him to meet Ray Boccino at Drusella's Restaurant in Little Italy. Boccino told him that he wanted him to oversee a diamond deal that would trade the diamonds for unmarked cash, since he could not do so himself. The deal was between a diamond smuggler and Tony Prince, who needed to sell the diamonds to get enough money to rebuild his empire, at Brighton Beach in Brooklyn. Klebitz and his friends rode there to try and take the diamonds and money, and keep it for themselves rather than give it to Boccino.

When they arrived at the docks, Luis Lopez spotted them and a firefight broke out.

Battle Edit

The Lost MC pursued Gay Tony and his boy, who were in separate limousines. Klebitz and his group pursued Moss, while the others chased down Tony's limo. Luis Lopez, inside of Tony's car, fired at the bikers and killed twenty of them, but Klebitz's group killed the driver to Moss' limo, and while Moss fled on foot, he was killed underneath the scaffolding of a building that was being renovated. Moss tweeted "cornered by bikerz (sic). Eugh. Eugh. Eugh. 2 young 2 die (sic)", on Twitter, before he was killed. The diamonds were stolen by Klebitz, who drove off with them, before placing the diamonds in trash bags scattered across Manhattan, later to be collected by Nikolai Bellic, Luca Silvestri, Johnny Barbosa, and Joe DiLeo.
