Brooks Peevey was a Jamaican drug dealer who had ties with the Hillside Posse organized crime group. Brooks thought that he could "cool up" Maxwell Teafore-Davis, also known as "Real Badman", so Little Jacob and Niko Bellic headed to his Savannah Avenue townhouse to kill him. Peevey was shot several times in the chest as he descended the stairs. Everybody in the house was killed by Jacob and Niko.
