Los Angeles Chicano gangsters
The Los Reyes are a Mexican (Chicano) street gang that are from Los Angeles, and control parts of East Beach, rivaling the Los Angeles Vagos for power there. They are also enemies with the Grove Street Families gang from Ganton.
History[]
The Los Reyes ("The Kings") street gang were founded by Diego Gutierrez, Simon Ferrera, and Jesus Espalda. The three youths were Chicanos who lived in East Beach, a neighborhood that they had to share with the Los Angeles Vagos gang. They created their own street gang and took over the Presley Bar, a bar along the Pacific Ocean. The money rolled in through the bar's income, although they were only known to have had six made members, while they had less than twenty associates. The gang were enemies of the Vagos for obvious reasons, and were also enemies with the Grove Street Families, an African-American gang from Ganton and Playa del Seville.
