Park An-ling was a Korean Mob enforcer. In 2008, Park and Tang Cho-il headed to Greenwich Village with a few other Korean mobsters to take part in a drug deal, and the NYPD got wind of the deal. However, the vigilante Niko Bellic tracked the Koreans down and killed all four of them with a sub-machine gun, helping the police in their firefight with the Koreans.
