Pavel Dragunov was a Russian-American mobster who was affiliated with the Rascalov crime family. In 2008, he was responsible for the hospitalization of The Lost MC President Johnny Klebitz, wounding him in a drive-by in his green jeep, shooting him in the chest with a shotgun. In response, Lost MC member Terry Thorpe headed over to his home using information gained from local civilians (in exchange for money), and he shot Dragunov fatally, three times. Dragunov's body was then thrown into the West River.
